REGULAR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY: THIS IS PERFECT FOR ANY FAMILY GATHERING OR PARTY. THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL CAPTURE CANDIDS AND GROUP PHOTOS OF EVERYONE AT THE EVENT. TURNAROUND TIME IS 7-10 DAYS. THERE IS A 2-HOUR MINIMUM TO BOOK FOR EVENTS. FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY INCLUDED. PHOTOGRAPHER ONLY $250 PER HOUR (2-HOUR MINIMUM FOR ALL EVENTS) VIDEOGRAPHER AND PHOTOGRAPHER (MOST POPULAR) $500 PER HOUR (2-HOUR MINIMUM FOR ALL EVENTS) POPPARAZZI EVENT SHOOT: (GREAT FOR BIRTHDAYS) THIS IS PERFECT IF YOU WANT THE POPPARAZZI EFFECT WHILE OUT IN PUBLIC. I WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND OUTSIDE AT THE MALL AND YOUR BIRTHDAY DINNER. THIS IS GOOD FOR DAY IN THE LIFE CONTENT. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment     •    A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your date and time.     •    The remaining balance is due before or immediately after your session.     •    Accepted payments: CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, or cash.     •    Bookings are not confirmed until both the retainer and a signed agreement are received. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling     •    No refunds on cancellations. All bookings are final.     •    Rescheduling fee: $50 to change the session date or time.     •    In case of extreme weather or an emergency on my end, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. ⸻ 3. Turnaround Time & Delivery     •    Edited photos are delivered within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).     •    Large event coverage (weddings, concerts, etc.) may take 14–28 business days.     •    Rush editing is available for $200.     •    Images are delivered via a private online gallery, active for 30 days — please download promptly.     •    RAW/unedited images are not provided unless specified in a paid agreement. ⸻ 4. Image Rights & Usage     •    Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing.     •    MalikShotYou retains full copyright of all images.     •    Photos may be used for portfolio, social media, marketing, or exhibitions.     •    Commercial use (for brands, businesses, or publications) requires a separate licensing agreement. ⸻ 5. Client Responsibilities     •    Please arrive on time and prepared. A 10-minute grace period is given; If you are 15 minutes late, a late fee of $25. after 30 minutes, the session will be canceled without refund.     •    Hair, makeup, outfits, and props should be finalized before the session begins.     •    Guests are allowed, but must be approved in advance.     •    For sessions at restricted/commercial locations, clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.     •    During the shoot, trust the process — my direction is assertive to ensure smooth flow and quality results, not to overstep. ⸻ 6. Travel & Locations     •    Travel within Chicago city limits is included.     •    Locations outside the city are subject to a $100 travel fee.     •    Studio rental fees, if needed, are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.     •    If your original location becomes unavailable, I’ll help find a suitable alternative. ⸻ 7.
